His advantages are a major flexibility of times and schedules, freedom, autonomy, it reduces time of displacement of the persons, etc. Of equal form, the company reduces costs.
Between his disadvantages we can mention the desvinculación with the company, with other workpeople, lacking in collaboration, etc.
To be able to be a teleworker there is necessary a series of technical and personal, such qualities like competitions in technological aspects, automotivation, discipline, adaptability, autonomy, planning, capacity of problem solving and initiative, therefore if he lacks these in sufficient dose, it would be suitable to reject the idea of teletrabajar. Also, there exists the risk of isolation or the loss of the sociability.
