An excellent idea of business that is having big success in Europe is that of there create ecological supermarkets, that is to say supermarkets where certified organic products sell exclusively.
They exist producers' already big quantity of (organic) ecological food but the offer generally does across the proper producers, in farmers' small or medium fairs, straight final consumers to itself by means of proper distribution, or in small shops like herbalist's shops and naturists.
These products are characterized for being costly and regrettably they come to a very small sector of the population. The distribution form is still not ideal and efficient as in case of the traditional products.
It is the moment to think about new ways of coming to consumers' major quantity across massive distribution means like supermarkets. In Spain for example, a few young students tackled this business and they already possess 10 divisions and 4 restaurants. It is a question of the supermarkets Veritas, they are achieving an incredible success where it had occurred to nobody.
There exist many countries and places of the world where the ecological food production is in heyday, it is only a question of analyzing if this possibility is viable and hands to the work.
