The history of my histories
Some years ago I realized the great thing that I liked writing and decided that I would like living of doing it. Thinking that was what it could offer on the outside of the conventional market, I was joining, mixing and generating different ideas from memories, experiences and assumptions.
I remembered that my dad had been for many years a photographer of social and that in my family the oral tradition had always been preserved, for example I knew much of my grandparents in spite of having known very little very little. And this way I was coming to the conclusion that there are many histories and anecdotes that we repeat repeatedly, and that the written words them could preserve likewise it happens with the photos, these images that moments preserve and that re-live through us emotions and feelings. Then I began seeking employment like a biographer's species of social, paraphrasing the photographer's title of social.
I made a form that in practice is always completed in telephone or personal contacts. And to spread them I began for the most nearby, friends and acquaintances that were those who provided the first contacts to me.
I wrote histories for weddings, birthday of fifteen, of forty, of fifty, anniversaries of professions, and others.
Knowing that it was provided with an idea that had success and that I had been capable of putting into practice, I kept on generating other proposals: memories organizers (handmade notebooks to preserve photos and words), personalized fairy tales (a way of giving hopes), biographies workshops (spaces where to dive in the proper life, to organize memories, to do a gift to the one who loves himself).
This is a beautiful work where it is possible to appreciate how important every life is, it universal that we are, we love all, suffer, we are happy in very similar ways and simultaneously with certain anecdotes and peculiarities that make us only. And how important it is to preserve the proper history, more in these so difficult times, where sometimes to rescue events, achievements, affections and up to unfulfilled desires that can turn into projects for the future, they give us the force to go forward.
Also I learned with this activity that is an important knowledge what one wants to do, which knowing it is necessary to put energy and creativity so that it is turning into a reality. And that does not reach in spite of planning bearing in mind our skills and possibilities, which it is very important also to bear in mind our limitations, because sometimes from them we find the way.
