What is the motivation and the self-help?
In other articles we have spoken about the importance of reflecting about as our self-esteem is and inside it to learn to recognize and accept our limitations.
But to accept our limitations does not mean to have left us of crossed arms saying "I am like that and can do neither this nor that one", but we must try to excel ourselves, evolve, to grow, to mature. We can try to overcome our limitations, extract the best thing of us ourselves to live through the life and to face enthusiastically his difficulties and obstacles.
Sometimes certain negative way of thinking can cause us problems. For example when this negative attitude moves to a labor interview, to a group of work, to a business group, to personal relations, etc.
- "I am a person with difficulties for certain tasks or activities. I have very much to give to the life and the life has very much to be given me." Perhaps it is suitable that this is our way of thinking.
